In a Private Team Suite, there are central meeting areas that can be reconfigured to be either a Couch Layout, a Chair Layout, or a Reception Desk.  

Step inside the carpeted area of the current layout to view the Area Configuration Tab at the top of the screen.  Hover your mouse over the tab to select one of the three layouts.

Note: Only a Team Suite Owner or Administrator can change the Area Configuration.
