Adjusting your audio and video inputs in Virbela Go varies depending on which browser you are using to connect. Please select your browser from the list below to see detailed instructions on how to change your microphone input choice.
Google Chrome [Recommended]
In Google Chrome, while Virbela Go is open, click on the microphone icon in the top left corner.

From here, ensure your microphone has permissions toggled on and then the > next to Microphone

In newer versions of Chrome, you will be able to select your preferred microphone from a list of available inputs. However, for older versions of chrome, you'll need to select Manage as shown under the arrow in the image below

Choose your prefered microphone from the list of available microphones. If you do not see your microphone, try disconnecting and reconnecting the device.

For webcam, follow the same steps but for ‘Camera’
Firefox
In Firefox, you'll need to revoke microphone permissions in order to change which microphone Firefox uses. While in Virbela Go, select the red microphone button and then the ‘x’ next to Allowed to revoke permissions.

After you've revoked permissions, it will automatically ask if you'd like to re-enable them. At this point, you'll be able to choose which microphone you would like to use. If you do not see your microphone listed, try disconnecting and reconnecting the device. Be sure to check ‘Remember for all microphones’ after making your selection and finally, click ‘Allow’.

For webcam, follow these same steps but for camera, instead of microphone.
Edge
Microsoft Edge uses windows defaut sound settings, so you'll need to adjust them on Windows. To do that, right click on the Windows logo, and select Settings

Then click on System on the left side

Finally select Sound and from here choose your preferred audio and video inputs. You will need to refresh Virbela Go after saving your selections.
