The following are new or revised features and functionality that have been implemented as of February 15th, 2023. Note that as these are applied to the Virbela dashboard website, no update is required to your private campus for them to take effect! 

Campus administrators can now search across all rooms

Customers can now search across all rooms using the activity report in the Virbela dashboard.

The report functions as it used to when the “select all rooms” is unchecked. However, checking the box will search for all rooms during the time frame specified. 

A correct message appears when clicking enter on reset password

Users who clicked “forgot my password” using the enter key received an error message stating “the username or password is incorrect.” Virbela has corrected the note to say, “an email was sent to [user email] with instructions to enter a new password.”

Updated pronouns in the close mic tooltip

We updated the tooltip to be more inclusive.

Invitations no longer appear under the member tab in the space management portal

Previously these users showed up as “n/a” on the member screen.

Updated translations for new functionality

Updated French translation for “favorite rooms” to “Endroits favoris.”

Updated French translation for “recent rooms” to “Derniers endroits visités.”

Updated Italian translation for “favorite rooms” to “Stanze preferite.”

Updated Italian translation for “recent rooms” to “Stanze recenti.”
