There may come a time when you no longer require your Virbela account. We wish you well and encourage you to check back in again sometime soon. However in order to delete your Virbela account, please follow the steps below:

1. You can delete your account in the “Profile” menu in the Virbela software. You can also navigate directly to app.virbela.com/profile and sign in with the account you want to delete, using the same credentials you use to sign in to the app. Note: If you choose this second option, please proceed to step 4.

2. Once signed in, click your name in the upper left corner of the screen, then select “Profile”.

3. This will open a popup screen where you can see all of the account information that you have chosen to enter. Please click the “Edit” button in the upper right corner.

4. This will take you to a website in a new tab in your default browser toapp.virbela.com/profile. In the bottom right corner of this screen, please click the button labeled “Delete Account”.

5. You will receive a pop-up notification confirming your request. Please be sure that you are signed in to app.virbela.com with the account you want to delete, and, if you’re 100% sure, click “Confirm Deletion”.
